MILLENNE PARIS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Millenne Paris warranty (“ML Warranty”) applies to original Millenne Paris jewelries (being bracelets, earrings, rings, anklets, Brooch and necklaces) purchased in the original labelled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service in any country it has presence.

1. WHAT THE MILLENNE WARRANTY COVERS AND DURING WHAT PERIOD

Millenne Paris guarantees that the ML Jewelry is free from defects in manufacturing and materials. We ensure that a strict quality check is done before sending you the jewellery. However, if you find any manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced within 7 days FOC. The ML Warranty is only applicable to jewelry purchased from the official Millenne.com webpage, from a Millenne store or authorized online market place. 

Millenne Paris offers Lifetime Warranty*. The Lifetime Warranty is applicable only on rusting or erosion of 925 Sterling Silver.

2. LIMITATIONS TO MILLENNE WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER)

The Millenne Warranty for Jewelry does not cover 

  •   Gold or Rose Gold Plating. 
  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • The Warranty does not cover loss of parts as we carefully check the product before shipping. 
  • Our Jewelry will tarnish, but can be cleaned and hence not covered under the warranty. 
  •   Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, scratches, crushing, usage of chemicals etc.), or accidents
  •   Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Exchange of Sizing is not applicable under warranty and additional shipping charges may apply.

3. WHAT WE WILL DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM UNDER THE ML WARRANTY

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim under this ML Warranty, Millenne will, at its discretion replace the item if it is still available or give you an item of equal or lesser value. We do not repair the Jewelry.
